Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. For any procedure scheduled there is a 25% down payment to reserve doctors time. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. In addition, we offer CareCredit, a patient payment program offering a full range of no interest and extended payment plans. We offer a 5% discount if service is paid in full by cash or check for treatments over $1000.
Due to the high standard of care received at our office, we do not participate directly with insurance companies. Our policy is in place so that our patients can fully enjoy the quality care we provide here at Dynamic Dental Wellness without the limitations and exclusions of insurance companies.
While we are considered out of network, we are always happy to create your insurance claims for you so you can submit directly to your insurance and take full advantage of any benefits you may have. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly on the services they might have coverage on.
All missed appointments and cancellations less than 48 business hours incur a broken appointment fee of $175 per hour.
Please be advised that if you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment in order to stay on time and respect our other patient’s appointments. Reservation fee is required for all appointments made with our office.
