Surface EMG data can be taken from up to eight muscle sites simultaneously in real time. The program permits taking electromyography data either at rest or in function. This is the highest technology to assess the health of muscles and the nerve cells that control them. EMG results can reveal nerve dysfunction, muscle dysfunction or problems with nerve-to-muscle signal transmission.
