Try to incorporate healthier food choices into your daily meals such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats and low-fat dairy products 

  1. Drink more water 

Drinking water can prevent dehydration, a condition that can cause unclear thinking, mood change, the body to overheat, constipation, and help keep your kidneys health. Try to drink more water throughout your day or replace a sugary drink with water at meal time.
